Compass Rose Crew are currently recruiting for a Chief Stewardess for a beautiful 40+ meter M/Y which was launched in 2023. They have a busy season ahead so a Chief Stew who is organised, has a strong leadership approach and is able to remain calm and communicate well with the team would be best suited to this role. The interior runs with a team of four alongside 6 other crew members who enjoy living an active lifestyle, have great work ethics and who display positive attitudes.
